Do I need to switch brokers or platforms?
No. Helm connects to the broker, charts and data you already use — it's the layer that puts your AI in reach of them, not a replacement for them.
Which AI assistant does it use?
The one you choose. Helm is model-agnostic — bring the assistant you trust and it handles the wiring into your stack.
Where does my data live?
On your machine. Helm runs as a desktop app with your credentials and context; nothing leaves without your explicit action.
How do I get in during the beta?
Access is invite-only for now. Request an invite and we'll get you set up with a code to create your account and choose a plan.
What does Helm actually remember?
Your setup, your connectors, and how you tend to use them — stored on your account, carried into new sessions. It doesn't read or store your conversations; it reasons over what it can see of your tool activity, not your chat.
Is there a marketplace for strategies or other traders' tools?
Not yet. It's the direction we're building toward — a way for traders who actually trade to contribute strategies and knowledge through Helm. Nothing is live today, and we'll say clearly when it is.
